the location is very convenient near the airport train. it was easy to get into most parts of town after that. places to eat and shop are local too. the hotel isn't flash but it's decent.
it was noisy at times. i didn't realize how noisy the train station would be. the walls are thin too.

the mattress proved very hard. the kettle in the room did not function, requiring me to retrieve lukewarm water from an outside dispenser. bathroom products were also substandard..

The hotel's proximity to the airport rail link was very convenient. it allowed for quick and easy transportation to and from the airport. a nearby 7-eleven offered readily available snacks and drinks. the helpful staff ensured i had a smooth experience. They assisted with directions and provided useful information.
The bed was quite firm. I prefer a softer mattress

The reception staff spoke english and were professional. the hotel offers a tuk-tuk service to the mrt station. It is a very convenient option for transporting luggage. this service is available until 7 pm.

The direct metro line from the airport terminates very close to the hotel. A shuttle service transported me to the road. The provided linens and towels looked quite new and well-cleaned. I found the included toiletries quite useful.
The swimming pool was closed and no prior notification was given. Staff told me the pool would open in the afternoon. Other staff stated it was being renovated.

The hotel provides convenient access to Platinum Mall and Pratunam Market. Both are within walking distance. Proximity to the airport link provides easy transportation. The situation is ideal for moving between airport and city locations.
